This Spider Testing Magnet is made of NdFeB. It’s the strongest type of magnet available & up to 20X MORE POWERFUL than the ferrite magnets paired with most door sensors.

Its size & strength is ideal for the forensic testing of various door contact technologies, including:

  • Magnetic Reed Switches
  • Hall Effect Sensors
  • Magnasphere™
  • Spider Door Contact Sensors™

WARNING #1: This powerful magnet may affect your existing door magnets and could demagnetize them. This is especially applicable to door magnets made of Alnico V, which is commonly used in door security applications.**
